With almost 20 years experience working with families, youth, and adults, I believe in using the healing power of Art Therapy and Faith to guide the work I do. I'm only a small stop along your journey and hope that our strengths-based work, will empower you on your path to healing. My heart is led to helping you at this moment in time, where you may need just a little extra guidance.

Art-making is used as an integrated approach to therapy, it combines art and psychology and is the process of using images to help express feelings and provide healing. Guided by a trained Art Therapist, Art Therapy can be wonderful tool for reducing depression, anxiety, and stress and is found to be helpful when other forms of therapy are not successful. No prior skills required.
