She is a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Indiana as well as a licensed professional counselor for the state of Colorado. She holds a professional child youth certificate for the state of Indiana and is registered as a national art therapist. Menessah has nearly 20 years of experience working with families, youth, and adults in the non profit, government, and private sectors. She believes in using the power of art therapy and faith to guide her work with clients where she specializes in working with females ages 15 years and older who suffer from trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health and women's issues. Her eclectic and integrative approach uses tools that are cognitive, faith-based, creative, and strengths-based in practice.
